FAQ's
All our products are handmade to order which allows us to easily cut bespoke lengths up to 140cm.
To order a bespoke length:
1. Select the product you like
2. Choose the closest length
3. Add to cart
You can then specify your bespoke length in the ORDER NOTE section in your cart.
Yes, we can manufacture all our shelves up to 200cm. There will be an oversized delivery charge of £28.50 on all orders above 140cm.
If you want to order an oversized shelf please fill out the contact form with the product details and size you require.
One of our team will get back to you with quote and if you are happy to proceed we will setup a bespoke order for you.

The return form will be inside the fitting instructions, just fill this out to ensure a speedy refund.
The customer is responsible for the returns postage cost.
If you can't find your form, download one below, print off an include it within your parcel.
We suggest using one of the courier comparison sites below. Parcel 2 Go or Parcel Monkey both offer great rates from multiple courier companies, giving you lots of choice. 👍
As soon as we receive the order back at our workshop we will issue you the full refund.

Once you place your order with us, you will receive an email confirming your order along with either a Parcelforce or DPD tracking number, the tracking will become available 24 hours before delivery.
