Floating Brackets

Every floating shelf comes with predrilled holes in the back of the shelf (13mm Diameter). Before leaving our workshop every shelf is hand drilled & checked, allowing us to make sure the floating rods are a secure snug fit.

The Concealed fixings are 12mm Diameter & 120mm Length. The screw section for the wall is 65mm Length..

All our Floating fixing rods are designed with an offset CAM. This means there is 10mm of adjustment on the concealed rod, this allows you to get the shelf absolutely plum during installation. To adjust the floating rod, use a 10mm spanner to spin the rod.

Wax

Our Wax Finish

Wax Colours

We use a natural beeswax finish on all our wooden products. The application of wax intensifies the grain pattern whilst protecting the timber with a water resistant finish.

There is a wide range of 7 wax finishes to choose from. We recommend applying a clear coat of wax once a year to keep your item looking brand new.

Pine | Our furniture is manufactured from environmentally sustainable Scandinavian joinery pine. We hand pick every length of timber, to preserve as many rustic characteristics as possible. This includes unique grain patterns, saw marks, shakes (splits) & waney edges which has now become our trademark style.

For your peace of mind, all our timber is Kiln-Dried to a moisture content found in an average home.

Oak | Our Oak Mantelpieces are manufactured using French Oak sourced from sustainable European Sawmills. We hand pick every length of timber to preserve as many rustic characteristics as possible. This includes saw marks, shakes (splits) & waney edges which has now become our trademark style.

Your Oak mantel may already have shakes which are to be expected as oak is a natural product. As your Mantel acclimatises to its new home, further shakes may develop. These are completely normal oak characteristics. It is these details that give each Oak Mantel a truly unique style & grain pattern.
