Wood

Wood has natural characteristics such as, shrinkage, swelling, surface splitting and minor movement due to the change in temperature and humidity. This won’t affect the durability or lifespan of your furniture or shelving. Movement within the wood is completely normal & in most situations we feel this adds character to the product.

These natural movements are not structural defects, therefore are not covered in this guarantee.

Garden Furniture

Due to varying weather conditions we cannot guarantee our Garden furniture under our lifetime guarantee. We suggest covering or storing your garden furniture inside during winter months to avoid any unnecessary weathering of the timber.
