Need it quicker? You can select one of our Fast Track options at checkout (if available), which prioritises your order in our workshop queue. This speeds up how quickly we make your item, but doesn’t affect the courier delivery service once it leaves our workshop.
As a small business, we may temporarily suspend the Fast Track option during peak periods to maintain quality and fairness for all customers. If the service is available, you’ll see the options at checkout.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We offer FREE standard delivery on all UK mainland orders over £50.
Once your order has been placed you’ll receive order updates & a dispatch email with full tracking details. Please include your email and mobile number when ordering so you don’t miss any updates.
Once your order is ready, it’s dispatched via a 24-hour or 48-hour courier service depending on the item. We use trusted partners like Parcelforce, Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri.
All deliveries require a signature unless you’ve requested a safe place.
We pride ourselves on plastic free packaging using 100% recyclable materials, with care taken at every stage to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

ORDERS OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK
We do ship outside of the UK mainland, but please note that delivery times may be longer and a delivery charge will apply. This is calculated at checkout, so you’ll see the total & lead time before you complete your order.
If there are any import duties or import VAT, we’ll cover these on your behalf. That means your parcel will arrive without any unexpected charges or delays.
NO QUIBBLE RETURNS
If you’re not 100% happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days, no questions asked. Any return costs will need to be paid by you.

Pack your item securely—reusing our packaging is ideal. Include the form in the box to help us process your refund faster.
Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method. We recommend using services like Parcel Monkey or Parcel2Go to arrange your return easily and affordably.
