Green Friday Deal Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. The Green Friday Deal ("Promotion") is offered by Ben Simpson Furniture ("Company") in support of the 'One Tree Planted' campaign.
1.2. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Promotion Period
2.1. The Promotion starts at 00:00 GMT on 29.11.2024 and ends at 23:59 GMT on 01.12.2024.
3. Eligibility
3.1. The Promotion is open to all individuals who make a donation to the 'One Tree Planted' campaign via Ben Simpson Furniture's designated platform during the Promotion Period.
4. Matching Donations
4.1. For every donation made to the 'One Tree Planted' campaign during the Promotion Period, the Company will match the donation amount.
4.2. The maximum amount that can be matched per individual donation is £100.
4.3. Donations exceeding £100 will only be matched up to £100. For example, if a donation of £150 is made, the Company will match £100.
5. Donation Process
5.1. To qualify for the matching donation, donations must be made through Ben Simpson Furnitures designated platform.
6. Verification and Disqualification
6.1. The Company reserves the right to verify the validity of donations and to disqualify any participant who is found to be tampering with the donation process or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
6.2. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is suspected of fraudulent activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Company is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures that may result in the non-receipt or late receipt of donations.
7.2. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred as a result of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance of any matched donation.
8. Modification and Termination
8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on the Company's website.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
