CHRISTMAS BREAK
Our workshop will be closed for Christmas between 19th of December - 6th of January. Our website will remain open as usual & all orders will be processed on our return in the new year.

Delivery
We use an EXPRESS 24 HOUR delivery service when leaving our workshop to being delivered to your door.
You can track your parcel during delivery using the links below or through your dispatch email.
All our couriers require a signature when delivering unless you have a 'SAFE PLACE' requested.
Packaging
We carefully & securely package your order using 100% recyclable cardboard ready for delivery.
Your order will be checked, scanned & collected by our couriers directly from our workshop. This is when you will receive your dispatch notification.
Tracking
You will be emailed with a courier tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Couriers will give you a 2-hour time slot and in most circumstances live tracking updates.
Please include your Email and Mobile Number with your order to receive the maximum amount of tracking information.
International Orders
All orders placed outside of the United Kingdom will have slightly longer lead times and a Delivery Charge. The delivery charge will be highlighted at checkout before you pay.
We pay all IMPORT VAT on behalf of the customer so there is NO Delay or ADDITIONAL VAT to pay when receiving your order!
If you are not 100% happy with your order you can return it within 30 days - with no questions asked and no hard feelings either. Any return costs are covered by the customer, simply follow the steps below for a quick return...
The Return Form
The first step is to fill in the returns form located at the back of the fitting instructions.
Providing us with your order number will help speed up the return process. Once we receive the parcel back, we will issue a refund.

Re-package
Make sure you include the Returns Form with your returned order. Please package your return as securely as possible to avoid damage in transit.
Ideally please re-use our packaging where possible as this helps to limit unnecessary waste.
Send It Back
Once the parcel is all packed up and ready to go, just send it back to our workshop. Return costs are covered by the customer.
We suggest using a company called Parcel Monkey or Parcel2go, they offer exceptional rates and services.
