WHAT TO EXPECT
Once you place your order with us, you will receive an email confirming your order along with a tracking number, the tracking will become available 24hours before delivery.
We always ask for your email & mobile number with every order. This allows us to make sure you get as much information from our couriers regarding your delivery as possible. You will receive a notification message specifying the delivery date, a 2-hour time slot and in most circumstances live tracking updates.
Parcelforce will only deliver Monday - Friday and will require a signature on delivery.

When placing an order on:
Monday - Estimated delivery will be Thursday | Friday
Tuesday - Estimated delivery will be Thursday | Friday
Wednesday - Estimated delivery will be Monday | Tuesday
Thursday - Estimated delivery will be Monday | Tuesday
Friday - Estimated delivery will be Wednesday | Thursday
Weekend - Estimated delivery will be Wednesday | Thursday

We offer a full 30 days returns policy. Any return costs will be covered by the customer. Please fill in the returns form and include it with the returned item to ensure a speedy refund.
