Product Info

Rustic Shelf Plank - One solid wooden shelf plank handmade to your exact specifications.

Metal Shelf Brackets- Shelf lengths 150cm & above are supplied with 3 brackets rather than 2 for extra strength. Our brackets are handmade in house from solid steel here in West Sussex.

Wall Plugs- 8mm Solid wall plugs (unfortunately we do not supply plasterboard wall plugs).

Wood Screws- You will receive two screw sizes in your fixing pack - 25mm (bracket to shelf fixing) | 50mm (Bracket to Wall Fixing).

3mm Drill Bit- Use our drill bit to ensure a quality bracket fixing.

Fitting Instructions- Enclosed are our detailed instructions on how to install the shelf along with an installation video.

Each shelf can hold up to 35kg.

We supply all the brackets & fixings you need for a quick, secure installation along with a step by step installation booklet.

Our metalwork is handmade by our skilled local steel fabricator located in West Sussex, UK

Every bracket is deburred by hand, making sure no sharp edges are present.

Each bracket may vary slightly in colour & texture as they are handmade from raw steel.

Supplied with solid wall plugs.

We do not pre-drill metal bracket holes in the shelf, this gives you the choice of bracket location.

The metal bracket holes are 6mm Diameter.

Our Metal Brackets are suitable for solid & plasterboard walls, however the shelves are NOT SUPPLIED with plasterboard wall plugs.

Materials

All of our sustainable wooden products are handcrafted from our workshop in West Sussex, England.

All our wood comes from 100% sustainably managed forests.

For every tree that we use | WE PLANT 10 🌲 - Read our Promise

All our wood is Kiln Dried to a moisture content of under 10%.

We only use Northern Scandinavian Pine sourced from FSC-certified suppliers.

Every length of rustic timber is hand picked to preserve as many rustic characteristics as possible. These include unique grain patterns, rustic saw marks, wood splits & sanded edges which has now become our trademark style.

Wax Finish

We use a natural wax finish on all our wooden products with 8 wax finishes to choose from.

Water Resistant Finish - Up to 30 minutes.

The wax intensifies the grain pattern whilst protecting the timber.

We recommend applying a clear coat of wax once a year to keep your item looking amazing!
