This shelf is supplied with two steel brackets along with screws, rawl plugs, 3mm drill bit & fitting instructions. Our shelf brackets come unattached, this allows you to customise exactly where you want to fix the brackets. Each shelf can hold up to 35kg.
The fixings supplied are only suitable for solid walls. For plasterboard wall installation you will need source the correct plasterboard fixings.
Pine | Our furniture is manufactured from environmentally sustainable Scandinavian joinery pine. We hand pick every length of timber, to preserve as many rustic characteristics as possible. This includes unique grain patterns, saw marks, shakes (splits) & waney edges which has now become our trademark style.
For your piece of mind, all our timber is Kiln-Dried to a moisture content found in an average home.
Oak|Our Oak Mantelpieces are manufactured using French Oak sourced from sustainable European Sawmills. We hand pick every length of timber to preserve as many rustic characteristics as possible. This includes saw marks, shakes (splits) & waney edges which has now become our trademark style.
Your Oak mantel may already have shakes which are to be expected as oak is a natural product. As your Mantel acclimatises to its new home, further shakes may develop. These are completely normal oak characteristics. It is these details that give each Oak Mantel a truly unique style & grain pattern.
We use a natural beeswax finish on all of our wooden products. The application of wax intensifies the grain pattern whilst protecting the timber with a water resistant finish. There is a wide range of 7 wax finishes to choose from. We recommend applying a clear coat of wax once a year to keep your item looking brand new.
