• Metal Shelf Brackets - Two handmade solid steel brackets made here in West Sussex.

• Wall Plugs - 8mm Solid wall plugs (unfortunately we do not supply plasterboard wall plugs).

• Wood Screws - You will receive two screw sizes in your fixing pack - 25mm (bracket to shelf fixing) | 50mm (Bracket to Wall Fixing).

• 3mm Drill Bit - Use our drill bit to ensure a quality bracket fixing.

• Fitting Instructions - Enclosed are our detailed instructions on how to install the shelf.

• Each shelf can hold up to 35kg.

All our metalwork is handmade by our skilled local steel fabricator located in West Sussex, UK

• Every bracket is deburred by hand, making sure no sharp edges are present.

• Handmade steel powder-coated metal brackets, made in West Sussex, England.

• Supplied with solid wall plugs.

• We do not pre-drill metal bracket holes in the shelf, this gives you the choice of bracket location.

• The metal bracket holes are 6mm Diameter.

Our Metal Brackets are suitable for solid brick walls & plasterboard walls, however the shelves are NOT SUPPLIED with plasterboard wall plugs.

All of our sustainable wooden products are handcrafted from our workshop in West Sussex, England.

• All our wood is Kiln Dried to a moisture content of under 10%.

• We only use Northern Scandinavian Pine sourced from FSC-certified suppliers.

• Every length of rustic timber is hand picked to preserve as many rustic characteristics as possible. These include unique grain patterns, rustic saw marks, wood splits & sanded edges which has now become our trademark style.

We use an Osmo Oil Natural Woodstain finish on all our Outdoor Garden wooden products.

• Offers a durable, long lasting finish & provides excellent weather protection.

• The oil intensifies the grain pattern whilst protecting the timber.

• UV filters protect against the greying effects of sunlight.

• Contains active ingredients to protect against mould, algae and fungal attack.

• We recommend either keeping your outdoor garden furniture inside or under cover during the winter months to further protect the timber. We recommend applying a coat of Osmo oil every year to keep you furniture in tip top condition.

We take pride in handcrafting each piece of furniture to order, ensuring it meets our high standards and your expectations. Our delivery is free across the UK mainland on orders over £50. For customers seeking a quicker turnaround, we offer a Fast Track option that prioritises your order in our workshop queue.

Please note, this service accelerates the production time but does not affect the delivery speed once dispatched. As a small business, we may temporarily suspend the Fast Track option during peak periods to maintain quality and fairness for all customers. If the service is available, you’ll see the option at checkout.

RETURNS

• If you are not 100% happy with your order you can return it within 30 days - with no questions asked and no hard feelings.

• Any return costs are covered by the customer.
